On July 1, 2024, our Instagram account was hacked, we were ransomed, and Meta was absolutely no help (apparently nobody there gives a Zuck). However, the greatest injustice was done to you, our loyal followers, who have supported us by liking, loving, commenting, and sharing our posts. You’ve been the best part of building our online community, and now you may not even be following us anymore. But we’re not here to cry over spilled milk—or in this case, lost followers. If there’s anything we’ve learned in nearly two decades of building NYC’s best custom tailoring business, it’s that when you get knocked down, you get back up. And everyone loves a comeback. So, we’re not just getting back on Instagram, we’re coming back in a BIG way— ten thousand big ones, to be exact.

🏆 Entries are open until November 30th (and will remain open after that if needed until we reach 10k followers). The winner will be announced three days after the sweepstakes closes. 🎉

If we reach 10k followers before November 30th, the prize value increases by $1 for each additional follower! 😱 So if we reach 50k followers, that means a $50,000 wardrobe could be yours!

By participating in the Michael Andrews Bespoke Instagram Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”), you fully and unconditionally agree to and accept these Official Rules.

1. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Michael Andrews LLC (“Sponsor”), and their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members, are not eligible to participate.

2. Entry Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM ET on September 25th. The Sweepstakes will end at 11:59 PM ET on November 30th if Sponsor’s Instagram account exceeds 10,000 followers on or before this date. If 10,000 followers are not reached by November 30th, the Sweepstakes will remain open until that threshold is reached.

3. How to Enter

1. Follow the official Michael Andrews Bespoke Instagram account (@MichaelAndrewsBespoke).
2. Like the official Sweepstakes post.

4. Additional entries can be made by undertaking one or more of the following additional actions

• Comment on Sponsor’s Social Sweepstakes post on Instagram
• Tag a friend in your comments and get 1 entry for each friend you mention
• Share this post in your Instagram story or feed and tag us in your post

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a custom-tailored wardrobe package valued at no less than $10,000 at full retail. For every follower gained beyond 10,000 during the initial Entry Period, the value of the wardrobe package will increase by $1 per new follower. The total prize value will be determined based on the number of Instagram followers at the end of the Sweepstakes. The maximum prize value will not exceed $50,000. The prize may not be redeemed for cash and is non-transferable. The prize must be redeemed within 180 days of winning.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) winner will be selected at random by the Sponsor within three days of conclusion of the Sweepstakes from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

The winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram within 48 hours. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, an alternate winner may be selected at the Sponsor’s discretion. The winner will be required to provide a valid email address and complete an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release (where legal).

7. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to select a winner from eligible entries received prior to the event requiring such action. Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information or technical failures of any kind.

8. Liability Release

By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its employees, officers, directors, and agents from any and all liability, loss, damage, or injury resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes or the awarding, receipt, possession, or use of any prize.

9. Privacy

Any information collected from entrants will be used solely for the purpose of administering this Sweepstakes, unless the entrant has opted to receive additional marketing materials from Sponsor. Sponsor will not sell or distribute entrant information to third parties.

10. Governing Law

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New York, without regard to conflicts of laws principles. All disputes arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by a state or federal court located in New York, NY.
